About Boldnet

Built in Ghana.
Built for Enterprise.

We are a fully licensed, independently owned Internet Service Provider and technology solutions company — designed from day one to serve Ghana's most demanding business and institutional clients.

Over a Decade in the Making

Boldnet Internet Solutions was established in August 2011 and formally incorporated in June 2023 with a clear mandate: to build a genuinely enterprise-grade technology infrastructure company rooted in Ghana — not a reseller, not an agent, but an independent operator with its own network resources, its own infrastructure, and its own identity.

From the outset, we pursued the credentials that matter to enterprise procurement teams. We obtained our NCA Electronic Communications Service Authorisation (ISP-2024-00024-00), secured our own AFRINIC-allocated public IP address block (102.X.X.X/22) and Autonomous System Number, and established our network core at PAIX — Ghana's premier carrier-neutral internet exchange point.

We are registered with the Public Procurement Authority (Supplier No. 554676), making us eligible for government and institutional tenders. Every project we take on is delivered with the same rigour we would apply to any mission-critical infrastructure: assessed, engineered, documented, and supported.

Today, Boldnet serves enterprise clients across oil and gas, financial services, logistics, education, and government — with a growing portfolio that spans fiber internet, WAN/MPLS, structured cabling, CCTV, access control, VoIP, solar energy, and smart building systems.

Mission & Values

We exist to build the technology infrastructure that enables Ghanaian enterprises to compete, grow, and operate without limits.

Reliability First

We engineer for uptime. Every system we design — from fiber circuits to battery banks — is built with redundancy, monitoring, and a clear SLA. Downtime is not an option for our clients, so it is not an option for us.

Technical Honesty

We tell clients what they need, not what they want to hear. If a cheaper solution won't perform, we say so. Our reputation is built on engineering integrity, not on winning bids at any cost.

End-to-End Ownership

We don't hand off to subcontractors and disappear. From site survey to deployment to ongoing support, the same team that designs your solution manages and maintains it.

Built for Ghana

We understand Ghana's infrastructure landscape — DUMSOR, last-mile challenges, grid instability, and the procurement requirements of local institutions. Our solutions are engineered for these realities, not imported wholesale.

Scalable by Design

Every solution we deploy is designed to grow with our clients. Whether you're adding branches, increasing bandwidth, or expanding your solar array — we engineer headroom from day one.

Partnership, Not Transactions

Our best client relationships are long-term. We invest in understanding each client's business so that our technology recommendations serve their actual goals — not just the immediate project brief.

AFRINIC IP Resources

AS Number  ·  102.177.0.0/22

Boldnet holds its own AFRINIC-allocated public IPv4 address block (102.X.X.X/22) and an Autonomous System Number. This means we operate as a genuine, independent ISP — not a reseller of another operator's resources. Our BGP peers include Angola Cables (AS37195) and Workonline (AS37271).

Collocated at West Africa's Premier Internet Exchange

Our network core is physically housed at the PAIX Data Centre in Accra — Ghana's leading carrier-neutral internet exchange point and the most connected facility in West Africa. This is not a marketing claim: it is where our routers, servers, and network equipment physically reside.

Collocation at PAIX gives Boldnet direct access to international bandwidth at the lowest possible latency, with multiple upstream BGP peers providing redundancy and optimal routing to global destinations. Our clients benefit from the shortest possible path from Ghana to the internet — routed through infrastructure built for the most demanding operators.

Our network is monitored 24/7 from our NOC, with real-time alerting via LibreNMS and Zabbix, configuration management via Oxidized, and visualisation via Grafana. When something happens on your link, we know before you do.

Sister BrandSunnyx Solar

Sunnyx Solar Systems

Boldnet's solar and energy operations are delivered under our sister brand, Sunnyx Solar Systems — specialising in the design, supply, and installation of commercial and domestic solar energy systems across Ghana.

From rooftop grid-tied installations for commercial buildings to fully off-grid hybrid systems for remote facilities and institutions, Sunnyx brings the same engineering discipline as Boldnet to Ghana's energy challenge. We work with JinkoSolar panels, Deye inverters, and LiFePO₄ battery systems — and our designs are fully compliant with Ghana Energy Commission requirements.
